I ordered ThumbsPlus v8 Standard Edition - Electronic Distibution from Cerious Software several days ago and I am still waiting for a registration number. So far, it would appear that my two inquiries regarding this have been ignored. Luckily, I payed by pay pal and may get satisfaction from them from the dispute process. The product may be good, but service sucks. This is no way to run a business.

Very simple to use. Not flexible if you want to have specific format that you are already using for other files. It would be better if it allows you to define the connector character. It is using \"-\" and I like \"_\" but can\'t use it. The format is also limited to what is available so YYYY_MMDD_HHMM_## is not a choice.

Just start the executable, choose an option at your taste and let the program works. -A simply, straight forward solution as it should be with tiny tools. -Thank you for this piece of software.-

Good tool to archive my photos

The program is easy to use, and does what it says. Unfortunately I didn\'t read the description properly as what I was looking for was a program to use the EXIF date/time stamp to reset the file date/time stamp....

Yesterday I was looking for a program like namexif. I tested it, but I think this is not flexible enough. Afterwards I found EXIF Date Changer. This is better for my purpose and so I use this now. Thank you very much nonetheless.

Perfect tool, very easy and considerably faster then fancy programs. Be sure to synchronise date and time of the different camera's you are using to get a chronologic order of all your files,

Worked a treat Moving my albums from photoshop album on the PC to iPhoto on the mac. The 'picture taken' dates had become messed up when I wrote tags to the files. After many different attempts with other programs, this worked a treat and I'm now sorted

Can`t Update Word Doc I wanted to change the creation date of a WORD document and, although I followed the help exactly, and the change appeared to take, it did not. The product did not work for me.

Powerful, but not elegant There seems to be quite a bit of power in this tool, but I found the user interface to be somewhat unintuitive. For example, I wasn't sure exactly when changes were saved; sometimes when I thought that they should have been, I opened up another application to view and confirm that the Exif headers had been changed and discovered that the changes had not yet been applied.

Need Batch Features The interface made me dig pretty deep to set the date on a file (EXIF DateTimeOriginal). My goal in life is to find a program that will set the EXIF DateTimeOriginal information in all of my scanned files in a batch process. So many programs are not letting me create or edit this field, or making it so cumbersome as to be time consuming, or requiring programming knowledge or skills that I don't have time to re-aquire.For some reason, programmers and companies can't seem to get it through their collective heads that people like me who want to scan ...
